- **Federal annual filing (Form 1120 + 5472)** ($500/year) — Mandatory IRS filing for foreign-owned U.S. LLCs (disregarded entities) — required even with no U.S. income. Prepared, e-signed and filed for you. _compliance_
- **Certificate of Good Standing** (quoted on request) — Official state proof your LLC is active and compliant. Free in Wyoming; other states quoted on request. _compliance_

## How it works

1. Check eligibility for your country and pick a package (see the list above).
2. We form the LLC, get the EIN, and set up the registered agent.
3. On Full-Service we open your U.S. bank account and Stripe for you.
4. Every year we handle the state report, registered agent, and the federal 1120 + 5472 filing.
